All returns must be initiated up to 7 days from the date of recieving your order. All returned wigs must be in like new condition with the lace fully attached. Pretty Boutique has the right to deny any return if the customer does not follow these guidelines. Pretty Boutique does not offer exchanges at this time. All qualified returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping is not refundable. Please email support@luvprettyboutique.com for all return requests and questions.
